YAN YU, CEO Yan founded Spartan in July 2008 and offers clients leadership and management skills honed through more than 15 years of software development and IT consulting experience. Prior to Spartan, Yan held several key management positions at Idiom Technologies spanning professional services to business development. Before Idiom, Yan was a Managing Principal Consultant at Oracle Consulting and the Director of Information Technology at Ullo International. Yan holds a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and an M.B.A from Louisiana State University. |

RUSSELL TAGA, VP OPERATIONS Russ was most recently Vice President of Engineering at Howcast Media, Inc. where he oversaw web and mobile development, infrastructure, quality assurance, customer support, and IT. Prior to that he held positions as a web engineering manager at Adobe, a development lead at Cisco, a solutions architect at Idiom, and as a consultant at Accenture specializing in security and networking. Russ holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. |

ANDREW PIMLOTT, CTO Andrew was a founding engineer at Idiom Technologies where he co-architected two major revisions of Idiom WorldServer, the industry leading Translation Management System (TMS). After Idiom, he went on to become a founding member of NexPlan where he served as the Chief Software Engineer in building a system that communicated with enterprise project management and financial applications. Andrew holds an A.B degree in Mathematics from Harvard College. |

CHASE TINGLEY, VP ENGINEERING Chase spent several years implementing routing and transport protocols for networking firms in the Boston area before joining Idiom Technologies in 2003. At Idiom, he led development of the WorldServer Global Electronic Publishing product, and in 2006 took over development of all filter components in WorldServer. He has contributed code to multiple open source projects including Mozilla. He holds an A.B degree in Computer Science from Harvard College. |
